Landscapes

Update : Saturday, June 9, 2012

The landscape pictures are images taken after more portraits. Such pictures are very long. Have a look in museums, you'll see lots of photos of landscapes. Paintings of the masters of painting are photographs of the time, just like your pictures taken with your camera are the paintings of the modern world.

This is why I tell you that the picture is a representation of the world that you see and you want to show. Like the painters of previous centuries, we made a personal representation of the landscape, they wanted us show.

They are of several types: urban, marine and countryside. One of the best definitions of landscape photography is taking his time. Indeed, it is not where photos the second time is crucial, you can take all the time for the application of the material, the angle of the shot, openness, sensitivity, ...

What is interesting with landscape photography is that you can return several times to the same places. The pictures you take will be different each time, even an hour apart.

With all the scenery as you go or you can take, you will see the rendering of your vision will be different from other photographers. You may be an early riser and like taking sunrises, or you prefer evening and slept. But any way, your eyes will be much different in the light, in the frame, as your shooting and many other settings.

The peculiarity of landscape photography is the sharpness of your photo in the foreground until the last plan and make the perfect color and tone of the scene. Priority mode is the mode to use to make photos of landscapes. But it will Priority Mode Aperture, it will be critical to be able to work with the greatest depth of field possible.

You can also make the HDR (High Dynamic Range or HDRI, High Dynamic Range Imaging, or high dynamic range imaging). To do this, you will need to take three photos with different exposure values (Example: -1, 0 and 1 IL).

The landscape photography is considered very difficult to take. A good landscape photo is not generally taken in a hurry. However, it must be reflected in all its aspects.

To Do To don't or avoid
Water The long exposures should always be taken with an aperture of f/20 to f/32, with a gray filter of high intensity.
For short exposures, taking pictures at least 1/500 and the flash will be necessary to freeze the moment.
Do not shoot by bright sunlight, water will become too white and the exposure is too high. Use a neutral density filter in this case.
Do not forget to put the visor. Risk of multiple flares in the picture.
Snow Increasing exposure because the snow will cause underexposure of the image. Increase a diaphragm.
Resolving the mode 'Snow', if your device has.
Use all manual mode instead.
Adjust the white balance on a well light or you may have snow yellow or blue, or gray.
Do not take the shot directly on the snow, a tree will become black in this case (Exhibition).
Do not not taken long with snow, may cause a failure of the photocell by information overload.
Sun The photograph with the sun full face can make a picture of warm colors and original.
Use a graduated filter neutral gray at sunrise and sunset to keep all the colors and shapes of the sky of the sky.
Photography with the sun at your back will give you images with light colors highlight without relief.
Do not take the photo with the sun directly face but 3/4, except in the case where you want to actually have to have the sun face.
